The initial fee for the inspection is $110.  If everything goes well and nothing needs repairing, the inspection sheet is completed and signed, and we're done.

If there is anything that needs to be corrected, most often it will require that I make a second trip to the property to re-inspect the failed item(s).  If this happens, the fee for the second appointment and re-inspection is $40.

So, the process can be as little as $110, or as much as $150, depending on  the condition of things at the property.
